CCA Background
The South West Arenas Society (SWAS) are stewards of Calgary Centennial Arenas (CCA) a public facility open to all without preference and whose mission is to meet the growing and shifting needs of the community by providing a financially stable, safe and first-class recreation facility for all Calgarians.
SWAS is comprised of eight founding organizations:
· Canadian Forces Base Calgary
· Glenlake Minor Hockey Club (including Altadore, CFB Lincoln Park, Chinook Park, Eagle Ridge/Kelvin Grove, Lakeview, Mayfair/Belaire, North Glenmore and South Calgary)
· Elbow Park Residents Association (including Britannia, Cliff Bungalow, Elbow Park, Elboya, Erlton, Mission, Mount Royal, Parkhill/Stanley Park, Rideau and Roxboro)
· Mount Royal College
· Trails West Minor Hockey Association (including Upper Scarborough, Shaganappi, Sunalta, Bankview, Spruce Cliff, Killarney, Glengarry, Rutland Park, Richmond, Wildwood, Rosscarrock. Westgate, Glendale, Glenbrook, Glamorgan, Patterson, Coach Hill, Strathcona Park, Christie Park, Signal Hill, Signature Park, Richmond Hill and Springbank Hill)
· South Calgary Community Association
· Lakeview Community Association
· North Glenmore Park Community Association
